RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact daily and directly with customers regarding the pricing of products, taking customer orders, open order inquiries, building loads for shipments, and resolving customer service issues.
- Working with the Outside Sales Team to build relationships to sell our product and service the customer.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain product, customer, and business process knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Desire to develop skills needed to grow into other positions within the company
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel and open to future relocation
